Frequently asked questions

What is an empty leg?

An empty leg (also called a repositioning or ferry flight) is a private jet flight that would otherwise fly empty — for example when an aircraft needs to return to base or reposition for another booking.

How do I get a quote?

Simply click the "Request Charter Quote" button below and submit the details of your request.

Do you offer pet friendly flights?

Yes. Not every operator accepts pets; where accepted an operator may apply a cleaning fee or restrictions (weight/breed). Typical operator cleaning charges start at a few hundred pounds — check the operator's rules when you request a quote.

How can I contact Intelli.Jet?

Email charter@intellijet.co.uk, WhatsApp +44 (0)7507 604001 or call +44 (0)1926 351722. Use the contact form for full trip details and to request a quote.

Which airports do you serve?

We can price flights from virtually any UK airport that can accommodate the chosen aircraft — typical departure points include Biggin Hill, Farnborough, Luton, Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol and regional fields as required.

Who operates the flights?

Intelli.Jet is an air charter broker; flights are operated by third-party, AOC-certified operators who retain operational control. Intelli.Jet sources and vets operators and arranges handling on your behalf.

How quickly will I get a quote?

We submit your request to our operator network and commonly provide multiple options within a few hours. Complex itineraries, peak date requests or special handling requirements may take longer while we secure aircraft and handling slots.

What is included in a charter quote?

A typical quote covers aircraft hire, crew, fuel, airport landing/handling fees and standard catering. Optional extras (Wi-Fi, premium catering, ground transfers, positioning or overnight crew costs) are usually quoted separately.

Client Feedback

Discover what our customers say about their jet charter experience.

Paul & Intelli.Jet made our move from Asia to Spain a breeze. Having to take 3 pets on a commercial flight of nearly 20 hours was stressful enough, but to have IntelliJet take the pressure off by organising private ground and air transfer direct to Mallorca has been a life changing experience. I highly recommend their service and I must say everything was top notch! Thank you Paul and co for helping us.

Della Pearce
