The first step to finding your perfect charter option is to simply make the request with me, your broker.

I'll need only basic information at this initial stage, origin & destination, date of flight(s), number of passengers that will be travelling, and of course any pets you'll be bringing. If you've got dogs, I'll need the breed and approximate weight of each one.

This will enable me to locate the operators who are likely to have suitable aircraft and availability.

We then go to the private jet marketplace and advise the suitable operators of your requirements. If they have availability, they'll respond with their offer. This will consist of aircraft type, the ammenities available on board and of course, price.

These will be advised to you as they come back (some take longer than others) and you'll then have the opportunity to consider them. If there's one you like the look and price of, you simply confirm it. Then the magic happens!

Your flight is now paid for, so time to sit back and relax.

Roughly 24-48hrs prior to your flight, you'll receive a "Flight Brief". This will give you all the relevant information regarding the flight, where to report at the airport, flight number, crew names, tail number, relevant contact numbers etc.

It's then your responsibility to ensure any visa requirements are met, and your passports are all in order.

Time to Fly!

Once you confirm, you'll be given the option to either pay for your flight in full (required if flight is within 21 days) or pay a deposit (usually 10% outside of 21 days).

Payment to Intelli.Jet can be made using a credit card*, debit card*, bank transfer* (wire transfer* in the US). We do not accept any form of finance arrangements (monthly payments etc). We are currently exploring the option of crypto currencies, but this is not available at the moment.

*Payment by some cards may incur a bank fee which varies with your own banking provider. Also, international bank transfers attract bank fees. This information will be advised upon confirmation of payment type. Please be aware, international money transfers can take up to 5 days to complete due to anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering regulations across borders.

What is an empty leg?

An empty leg is when a jet has to move from Airport "A" to Airport "B" empty, or without passengers. For a more detailed explanation please click the button below.

How does your service work?

Get in touch and tell us your flight charter requirements; date, departure and arrival points, preferred times of departure and number of passengers. Once we receive your instruction, we'll search the market for availability based on the requirement and revert with suitable options. If we need more information we'll contact you to discuss further.

How much does it cost to fly private?

Pricing varies depending on route, number of passengers, type of jet required, date of travel, and a number of other variables. We source a variety of options in order to fit your needs, but please be aware regular charter pricing will usually start at a minimum of £3000 per hour.

Do you offer pet friendly flights?

Absolutely. It's worth noting however, not every private jet owner or operator is pet friendly. Some place a weight and/or breed restriction on pets, and usually there'll be an extra "deep cleaning" fee post flight. How much the fee is depends on the operator and type of jet, but usually no less than £500.

I'm going skiing - will my kit be an issue?

In most cases no, as long as we're aware of any special luggage items which you need to bring, we can advise the operators and make sure the aircraft is the correct one and all items will fit. Private jets are generallt small compared to airliners so this needs to be remembered when deciding how much overall luggage you're taking.
